*administrativecontrol:行政控制.alternative,administrative等这些词,注意它们的后缀,都是形容词后缀形式.alter-,trans-作为前缀马上要想到转换,看见admin-,便要想到领导.如:斑竹,群主,聊主,如果你把这些斑竹翻译成bamboo,老外会莫名其妙.记忆单词不要再像初一学生一样,b--o--o--k,book书,这样记忆单词,你要到猴年马月才能masterenglish?

*issueedicts:签署公告,布告。issue作为名词是问题的意思,如:taiwanissue（台湾问题）,还有期刊的意思,如:lastissueofreader"sdigest（最新一期读者文摘）,那么issuecommands就是签署命令.

*asto...等于about，后面作状语,状语里又有被动式,被动式里又有情态动词和三个并列的谓语.看见这样的句子,我感觉到你的头在变大,无限膨胀.如果你语法真的分析不了,建议你死记硬背.

*goodsandservices:商品和服务

*consume:消费，花费，化时，作动词。另外要记住：消费者:consumer,消费:consumption

*centralplanning:中央计划经济。planning注意重读闭音节,双写n.关于center,城市里好多健美中心,康复中心的翻译,建议用centre,比较典雅.一般的就用center可以了,作形容词是用central,如cctv:chinacentraltelevision.

*administer:这里作为动词，意思manage,control

*drwanupbygovernment.由政府起草，作定语,修饰前面。过去分词带头往往有被动的意思.

*commodity:goods

*firms:companies,corporations,co.ltd,firm大了也可以变成company,corporation.

*allocate:tosetapart,togiveaway，分配

*complete:完全的,彻底的.eg:iamcompletelostwhenilearnthosegrammars!
